BORN HULL 1889. SECOND SON OF CHARLES JAMES & FLORENCE MARY WILLIAMS, OF 24 LEE STREET, HULL (CWGC ADDRESS). HE ENLISTED IN HULL. SERVED WITH THE 2ND DURHAM LIGHT INFANTRY.
