BORN 1899. SON OF THE LATE HENRY BILLANY. HIS MOTHER ROSE COYLE (FORMERLY BILLANY), LIVED AT 399 WINCOLMLEE, WITH HER NEW HUSBAND, THOMAS COYLE, AND AT THIS CWGC ADDRESS. HE ENLISTED IN HULL. SERVED WITH ‘D’ COMPANY, THE 2ND LINCOLN’S REGIMENT. HE DIED OF WOUNDS, ON 19TH APRIL 1918.
HIS SISTER MRS LEACH, OF 6 FAIR VIEW, NORNABELL STREET APPEALED FOR MORE INFORMATION IN THE HDM 21/01/1919. UNMARRIED. BURIED IN BELGIUM.
