HIS BROTHER, PRIVATE, EDWARD BURNETT WAS AWARDED THE MILITARY MEDAL FOR BRINGING WOUNDED IN, UNDER FIRE (HDM 15/06/1918).
On 30/04/1917, the Hull steam trawler. ‘INDUSTRIA’ was captured by a U-boat and sunk by time bombs in the North Sea.
