HUSBAND OF EMILY JANE EDMONDS, WHO LIVED AT 10, ASTLEY STREET, ALBERT AVENUE, HULL (WAR PENSION ADDRESS).

HE ENLISTED HULL. POSTED TO FRANCE, ON 30/12/1915. SERVED AS A GUNNER, IN THE ROYAL FIELD ARTILLERY. KILLED IN ACTION ON 29/08/1918, AGED 35.

HE LEFT WIDOW, EMILY AT 10 ASTLEY STREET, ALBERT AVENUE, HULL. (HULL DAILY MAIL, 11/10/1918).

HIS ELDER BROTHER, PRIVATE, RICHARD EDWARD EDMONDS,  760982, 102TH CEF, WAS KILLED FIGHTING FOR CANADA, ON 09/04/1917, AGED 34 AND IS COMMEMORATED ON THE VIMY MEMORIAL, FRANCE.
