Born 1886. Son of the late Henry Crossland Fell and Eliza Ann Fell; husband of Hannah Normanby Fell (born 16 Jan 1885), of Normanby Villa, Peploe Lane, New Holland, Hull. They had one daughter, Kathlenn Mabel, born on 10 feb 1914.
Served in the The King’s (Liverpool Regiment) 20th Bn. Killed in action on 02 August 1917, aged 30.
Commemorated on the Ypres Menin Gate Memorial, Belgium. Awarded a weekly war pension of 18/9 shillings.
