BORN BOSTON, LINCOLNSHIRE, 29/07/1886. SON OF JOHN LAMMING DAVISON AND MARGARET ELIZABETH DAVISON, OF 289 HESSLE ROAD AND LATER 74 SOMERSET STREET, HULL. HIS WIFE SUSANNAH DAVISON LIVED AT 66 SUBWAY STREET, HESSLE ROAD. BEFORE THE WAR HE WAS A FISHERMAN. HE WAS LOST AT SEA ON 26/08/1915, AGED 29 (WITH JOHN DANIEL MULHOLLAND). THIS WAS HIS CENSUS AND NAVAL RECORDS ADDRESS. HIS DEATH AND PHOTOGRAPH APPEAR IN THE HULL DAILY MAIL ON THE 3RD SEPTEMBER 1915, AND THE HULL TIMES, ON 4TH SEPTEMBER, 1915. *
HMT Jasper was mined in the Moray Firth on 26th August 1915.
