HE LEFT WIDOW, ETEL MAY MANSFIELD AND DAUGHTER, EILEEN AT 101, WELBECK STREET, HULL (WAR PENSION ADDRESS).
HIS DEATH WAS REPORTED IN THE HULL DAILY MAIL, ON 22/10/1917. *
