Born Hull, 3/4/1885. Son of Mary and John Thomas Hawkings, of 112, Trinity Street, Hull (1911 Census). He was a Mail Postman.

Served in the Royal Naval Division. Died after discharge, on 10 Feb 1919, aged 33
