Saville, Allison Rispin

Born Sancton, Yorkshire, 1882. Baptised on 12 Feb 1882 • Winestead, Yorkshire. Son of William George Saville and Maria Rispin (1857-1901). He had two brothers and four sisters.

He married Louisa Robinson (1880-1928) at Hull, on 30 May 1901, aged 19. They had two children and lived at 3, Oakland Villas, Reynoldson Street, Newland Avenue, Hull (1911 census). He was a Car Washer on the Hull Tram Ways.

Enlisted at Canning Town, London. Served with the 1st King’s Royal Rifle Corps. Died of wounds, at Givenchy, on 10/03/1915. Commemorated on Le Touret Memorial, France.

His daughter Gladys died in 1917, aged 14. His son Allison and wife Louisa both died in 1928.
