Thompson, Stanley.
Born Hull 1885. Son of the late Henry Thompson (Surgeon) and of Alice Eveline Quain (formerly Thompson), of “Sideways,” Waddesdon, Aylesbury, Bucks. Native of Hull, Yorks.
