Endymion, built by W. Meadus & Son, Poole in 1881 and owned at the time of her loss by Charles H. Truscott, Hull, was a British sailing vessel of 73 tons. On April 1st, 1917, Endymion was sunk by gunfire by the German submarine UB-32 (Max Viebeg), near Start Point. 4 persons were lost.
