HIS ARMY PENSION WENT TO HIS WIDOW AND TWO CHILDREN. HE ALSO LEFT BROTHERS JOHN, AND GEORGE AND THREE SISTERS, LUCY, ANNIE AND EDITH, WHO ALL LIVED IN HULL. HIS BROTHER, L/SGT, JOHN HENRY BASLINGTON, 24209, NOTTS & DERBY REGIMENT, WAS WOUNDED IN THE WAR (SILVER BADGE NO: 247310). HIS BROTHER GEORGE, ALSO SERVED IN THE WEST YORKSHIRE REGIMENT AND TRANSFERRED TO THE SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRES.
