Married on 4 Mar 1907 • St, Matthews, Church, Hull. Husband of Julia Binks (1881-1938), of 8, Nelson Terrace, Bean Street, Hull (Army Address). They had five children. He worked as a Tanner and Bark Presser.
He enlisted at Beverley, on 24/06/1916. Called up on 07/05/1917. Served in the labour Corps, 298th Railway Company. Discharged as permanently unfit on 18/10/1917. Awarded the Silver War Badge (No:447487). Died January 1927.
