Enlisted on 19 July 1915. Served in the 1/5th Prince of Wales’s Own (West Yorkshire) Regiment. Discharged with sickness, on 17 Feb 1918. Awarded the Silver War Badge (N0: 338659). Died at Hull, on 25 Apr 1923, aged 28.
