Born Hull 1880. Died at sea, on 22/02/1915, aged 34. Son of John William Crawley (1854-1935) and Elisabeth Olivia Langrick (1856-1945). A Marine Engineer. Married to Lizzie Credington Thompson (1884-1945) and two children living at 6 Togo Crescent, Eastbourne Street, Hull (Probate Address). No CWGC Records.
Employed as an engineer. He was drowned possibly off the Wash, on board the Hull built Tug, “Diplomat”. The wreck has been found with effects of a German torpedo striking it.
