Husband of Elizabeth Ann Dorkin (1871-1943), of 4, Fredrick Cresent Hawthorne Avenue, Hull (1911 census) and 8, Walter’s Terrace, Brighton Street, Hull (War pension address). They had five children.
He was a Fisherman and Hull Skipper in the Royal Naval Reserve. AB Seaman aboard,”Khartoum Traler”, moored St Billingsgate Wharf, London, in 1915 a RN Reservist. Died in 1915, aged 41.
