BORN HULL 1896. SECOND SON OF WILLIAM DYMOCK (1862-1939) & SARAH JANE PARKER (1872-1947) , OF 70 CAMPBELL STREET, 46 KINGS BENCH STREET (WAR PENSION ADDRESS) AND WELBECK STREET, HULL. ONE OF TEN CHILDREN. HE WAS EMPLOYED AT MESSRS. T. CROSS, PLUMBERS, ANALBY ROAD.

HE ENLISTED IN HULL. SERVED AS A GUNNER, IN THE ROYAL GARRISON ARTILLERY. HE DIED OF GAS POISONING, ON 26/07/1917, AGED 22. BURIED AT ST. SEVER CEMETERY EXTENSION, ROUEN.
HE LEFT SIBLINGS SARAH, WILL, MINNIE, AND MARY. HIS DEATH WAS REPORTED IN THE HULL DAILY MAIL, ON 04/08/1917. HIS NAME IS LISTED ON ST MATTHEW’S CHURCH WW1 MEMORIAL, BOULEVARD, WITH HIS BROTHER, CORPORAL, WILLIAM DUNCAN DYMOCK, 10TH EYR, KILLED ON 04/10/1917, AGED 26.

HIS ARMY EFFECTS WERE LEFT TO HIS MOTHER, SARAH JANE, WHO LATER MOVED TO 160, CHANTERLANDS AVENUE, HULL.
