TRANSFERRED TO THE 2ND CEF. KILLED IN ACTION ON 09/04/1917, AGED 21. UNMARRIED. HE LEFT EVERYTHING IN HIS WILL TO HIS MOTHER, CAROLINE, 32 BOND STREET, WAKEFIELD. HE LEFT A YOUNGER SISTER, DORIS.
