A House painter. Married at Cleethorpes in 1907. Husband of Margaret Denison, living at 89 Cambridge Street, Cleethorpes, Lincs (1911 Census) and 5, Rutland Terrace, Norfork Street, Hull (war pension address). They had two children.
Enlisted 15 April 1915. Posted to France, on 15 Nov 1915. Served as Sergeant in the 5th Royal Fusiliers. Discharged sick on 28 Feb 1918. Awarded the Silver War Badge (No: 349538). Died on 16 Nov 1923, aged 46.
