Born Goole, 1892. Son of John & Emily Huntington, of Ousedene, Goole.

Worked as a Draper Assistant. Described as 5, 9″ tall, 37,5 inch chest, 156 lbs weight, grey eyes, brown hair, Wesleyan religion.

Enlisted at Hull, on 4 Sept 1914. Served with the Hull Commercials. Served with the 10th EYR “C” Company, in Egypt and France. Promoted to Sergeant on 1 Dec 1915. Wounded in the shoulder and fractured back. Died of wounds, on 11 June 1916, aged 24.
