Born Hull 1893. Son of the late Albert Jagger. Beloved and eldest step son of Alice Maude Simmons, of 18 Victoria Street, Hull. He died at sea, on the steam ship ‘Bassano’, on 06/01/1916, aged 22. His mother still reported his death every year. (Hull Daily Mail 06/01/1922). There are no CWGC records of his death.
