Husband of Susannah Lee, of The Village, Myton-on-Swale Yorkshire and 29, Green Lane, Hull (War Pension address).
Enlisted at York. Served in the 1/5th West Yorkshire Regiment (Prince of Wales’s Own). Killed in action, on 09/10/1917, aged 34. Commemorated on the Tyne Cot Memorial, Belgium.
His army effects were left to his widow, Susannah and son, Thomas Robert Hebb, born on 22nd September 1915.
