Born Liss, Hampshire, 1891. Son of Henry Lintott (1845-1920) and Jane Voller (1849-1936), of 504, Holderness Road, Hull (War Pension address). Son of a Quarryman Labourer. He had six brothers and four sisters.
He worked as a Labourer in a Sussex stone Quarry.
He enlisted at Chichester, Sussex. Served with the 5th Northamptonshire Regiment. Died of wounds, on 09/08/1918, aged 27. Buried in France.
