He enlisted at Caxton, Cambs, on 8th November 1916. Formerly 22442, Middx. Regt. Transferred to the the 4th Royal Fusiliers. Killed in action, on 19/09/1918, aged 39.
he left 3324 to his widow, Catherine, in his will.
