Lunn, Arthur Edward

Born Hornsea, 20/06/1898. Son of Arthur Lunn and Adelaide Dinah Blythe. Educated in Hull. He was a student in Hull, with a sucessful educational career. Alos a keen sportsman in Hull. He enlisted in Beverley, on 23/02/1917. Formerly 19213, Machine Gun Corps. Transferred to the Roayl Tank Corps. Died of wounds, on 16/08/1918, at No: casualty Clearing Station, aged 20. He had been wounded near Amiens the previous day. Buried at Dury, near Amiens. he was unmarried. Brother to Francis, Edith , Herbert, and Adela, at 7 Green Street, Withernsea.
