Born Hull, 1897. Son of Herbert Robinson Revell and Rhoda Hannah Revell, of 51, Day Street, Hull (1911 census) and 1, Lily Grove, Regent Street, Hull (war pension address). he was an Engineers Clerk for the North eastern railways.
Served as 3896, Northumberland fusiliers and Acting Sergeant, Royal Army Medical Corps. Discharged on 9 Feb 1920. Died of Tuberculosis, on 20/03/1921, aged 24.
