Enlisted Hull. Formerly, 188406, Royal Army Service Corps. Transferred as Private 33370, 1st/5th Battalion (Territorial), Royal Warwickshire Regiment. Killed in action, on 9th September 1918, aged 21.
Buried Italy. Commemorated on the Withernwick village memorial.
