Born at Belfast, on 06/12/1898. Son of Charles Percy (1870-1954) and Milly Lucy Swinfen (1867-1965), of 49, Lyndhurst Drive, Leyton, London. Son of a Salvation Army Officer, the family also lived in Brighton.
Served as a Second Lieutenant, with the Royal Flying Corps. Died at Spittlegate, Lincolnshire, on 20/09/1917, aged 18. Buried at Hull Western Cemetery. He left £177 in his will to his father Charles Percy Swinfen, at 11 Bacheler Street, Hull (Probate Address)
