Born 06/05/1897, Kent, Ontario, Canada. Son of Roland Bruce Teetzel (1859-1944) and Christina Teetzel (1863-1926), of Highgate, Ontario, Canada. His father was German Seaman, who emigrated to Canada and married an English woman in Ontario. He had five brothers and one sister. They were from a Methodist family.
Harry enlisted in the Royal Air Force on 28 Aug 1917. He died in a flying accident, during training, on 10 Jul 1918, aged 21. He is buried at St Martin’s Church, Beverley.
