Born Glasgow, Scotland, 1877. Son of George and Jessie Houston, of Glasgow, Lanarkshire and 45, King Street, Alnwick, Northumberland (War Pension address) He enlisted in Hull. Served as Driver, “C” Bty. 317th Bde., Royal Field Artillery. Died of wounds, on 09/10/1918, aged 41. His Hull address is unknown.
