Born Rainham, Kent, 1894. Son of Wardle Bentley Daniels and Caroline Daniels, of 5, St. John’s Cottages, East Court, Gillingham, Kent. Labourer At Cement Factory (1911 Census). He enlisted in Hull. Served as Gunner, “Y” 50th T.M. Bty., Royal Field Artillery. Died of wounds, on 23/08/1918, aged 24. Died of wounds. Buried in France. His grave inscription … Read more
Born Easington, 1896. Son of Arthur Young, of Eastrington, Howden, East Yorkshire. He had four brothers and a sister, Served in the 251st Royal Field Artllery, “C” Battery. Died 28 September 1918. Buried at Glaeeon British Cemetery, France. His brother, Percy served as Private, 186108, Durham Light Infantry.
