BORN HULL 1888. Son of George & E. Mary Hoggard above On Street ROH. HDM 12/6/16. He was killed by a sniper while on a working party and buried behind the lines. his home was with his parents and before the war he worked for Mr e Wrigglesworth, Bowlally Lane, Lowgate. His death was reported with his photograph in the Hull Daily Mail on the 14th June 1916. *
