Born Hull, 1895. Youngest child of Bridget Sullivan Jacobs, at 15, Benjamins Terrace, Dalton Street, Hull. He had a brother, two sisters and two step brothers.
He was a Cement Works Labourer. Described as 5 foot, 10 inches tall, 137 lbs weight, 37-40 inch chest, brown eyes and brown hair, Jewish religion.
Enlisted on 12 Oct 1914. Served in the 13th Coy, Coldstream Guards. Discharged from the army. Died at Hull, on 10 Jun 1917, aged 22. Buried at Delhi Street Cemetery.
