Marshall, Walter Rowland

Born Brantingham, Yorkshire 1890. Son of James Bryan Marshall and Harriet Rudd (1867-1945). He enlisted at Blackburn Lancashire and served with the 8th East Lancashire regiment. He was killed in action, on 16/11/1916, age 26. He is buried at Münich Trench British Cemetery; Waggon Road Cemetery, Beaumont-Hamel, Somme, France. He is also commemorated on the Brantingham ww1 Memorial.

Unmarried. His army effects were left to his father James Bryan Marshall.
