BORN EARLSTOWN, LANCASTER, 21/03/1895. SON OF SABRINA AND PETER MYERS, OF 78 NICHOLSON STREET, HULL. HE WORKED WITH HIS FATHER AS A PRINTER. HE ENLISTED IN HULL. EX 1546 ROYAL ARMY SERVICE CORPS. TRANSFERRED AS LANCE CORPORAL IN THE 1ST ROYAL IRISH RIFLES. DIED ON 20/02/1918. BURIED IN FRANCE.

HIS ARMY EFFECTS WENT TO GEORGE AND BESSIE TAYLOR. HIS WAR PENSION WAS LEFT TO PETER MYERS, AGED 51, OF 12 JAMES STREET, HULME, MANCHESTER. (PENSION LEDGER ADDRESS).

HE IS BURIED AT ST. SEVER CEMETERY EXTENSION, ROUEN, SEINE-MARITIME, FRANCE
