EX PRIVATE, 3212 YORKSHIRE REGIMENT AND 4TH EYR. POSTED TO FRANCE, ON 08/07/1916. TRANSFERRED TO THE 1/4TH YORK AND LANCASTER REGIMENT, ON 17/07/1916. KILLED IN ACTION, ON 12/06/1917. HIS ARMY EFFECTS WERE LEFT TO HIS PARENTS, WILLIAM AND MARGARET TEAL.
