Son of the late H. S. Harley, of Kirkcaldy, Fife. His Next of Kin, Janet Brown Low lived at Shaftesbury Avenue, Hull (War Pension address). He enlisted on 30/09/1914. Served with the Fife and Forfar Yeomanry, "B" Sqdn. 1st/1st. Died in Egypt on 18/11/1915, aged 19.
