Born Chillie 1889. Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Everitt Cook; husband of Edith Cook, of Regent House, Fengate, Peterborough. Enlisted in York. served with Machine Gun Corps. Killed at Ypres, on 03/08/1917, aged 28. He is commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial to the missing. Reported as a Hull Casualty in the Hull Daily Mail, on 07/09/1917.
