BORN BEVERLEY 25/01/1899. THIRD SON OF CHARLES ANDREWS & LOUISA CLARA ANDREWS, OF 16 PASTURE TERRACE, BEVERLEY. ONE OF SIX CHILDREN. HE SERVED WITH THE 2ND LANCASHIRE FUSILIERS. DIED OF WOUNDS, ON 30/03/1918. AGED 19. HIS ARMY EFFECTS WERE DIVIDED BETWEEN HIS BROTHERS, JOHN, AND JOSEPH, AND SISTERS, HILDA, MARY AND IVY.

Albert Charles Andrews was born on 25 January 1899. He was son of Charles and Louisa Andrews.

He served in the 2nd Battalion of the Lancashire Fusiliers. Private Albert Charles Andrews, died of wounds received on 30 March 1918, at a casualty clearing station in France. For his efforts in the war he received, posthumously, the British War and Victory medals.
