Arrived France on 08/03/1916. Killed at Serre, at Serre, on 13/11/1916, aged 20. Unmarried. He had served for nearly 2 years in the army. His army effects were returned to his father George. he left brothers, George and Harold, and four sisters, Olive, Edith, Marion, and Amy.
