Born Hull 1893. Son of Robert and Charlotte Carrington, of 7 Sovereign Place William Street, Hull. A Baker. He served as Driver in the 251st Royal Field Artillery. Killed in action, by a shell, on 16/09/1916. He left his unmarried wife, Emma Ayer at 41 South Boulevard, Hull (Pension Ledger Address). She later moved to 613 Spring Bank West, Hull.
