HE CONTRACTED DISEASE AT GALLIPOLI, AND DIED AT HASLAR NAVAL HOSPITAL, ALVERSTOKE, HAMPSHIRE. HE LEFT £33 IN HIS WILL TO HIS WIDOW, ADA ALICE BLAGDON, WHO LIVED AT 2 POPLAR TERRACE, ROSAMOND STREET, HULL (PROBATE ADDRESS).

HIS NAME IS LISTED AS “DIED”, ON THE ETON STREET ROLL OF HONOUR, HESSLE ROAD, HULL.

HIS DEATH WAS REPORTED IN THE HULL TIMES, ON 20/11/1915, WITH HIS PHOTOGRAPH. *
