UNMARRIED, HIS ARMY EFFECTS WERE LEFT TO HIS MOTHER RACHEL. HE ALSO LEFT BROTHERS HAROLD, WILLIAM AND TOM, & SISTERS, EDITH, ALICE, HILDA AND IVY.
HIS DEATH WAS REPORTED IN THE HULL DAILY MAIL, ON 25/04/1918.
