Frederick Gustav Craft

Born Hull 1883. Son of Carl Gotfried Kraft (1849-1924) and Dorothea Fischer (1850-1920). his parents were from Wuttenburg, Germany. His father worked in a boot shop at 96 Spyvee Street, Hull.

He married Alice Goulding at Hull, on 01/10/1905. They had two children, Edna and Edward. Employed as Carpenter Joiner, living at 55 Liverpool Road, Canning Town, West Ham, London.

He was a Civilian war death. Frederick and his 18 month old son Edward, were killed in the Silvertown Munition explosion, Essex, 0n 19/01/1917
