Born Hull, 17/02/1877. Son of John Douglas Edgar and Mary Edgar, of 27 South Street, Hull (Pension Ledger Address). He had two brothers and four sisters. Served in Royal Naval Reserve, as Deckhand on HMS “Ocean Queen”. Died in Hull, on 06/02/1919, aged 42.
