BORN SHEFFIELD 1857. SECOND ENGINEER OF THE CUTTER ‘FERRET’. LOST AT SEA, ON 20/03/1915, AGED 58. HIS WIDOW ANN GREEN LIVED AT 54 GREEK STREET, HULL.

On March 20th, 1915, the British iron trawler FERRET left Grimsby, and went missing. She was not heard of ever since. These were the crew lost on 20/03/1915.
