EMIGRATED TO BRIGHTON, ONTARIO, CANADA IN 1911. WORKED AS A FARMER. DESCRIBED AS 5 FOOT, 6.5 INCHES TALL, 34-37 INCH CHEST, BLUE EYES, BROWN HAIR, PRESBYTERIAN RELIGION.

ENLISTED IN CANADA, ON 05/09/1914. SERVED AS LANCE CORPORAL, WITH THE 2ND CANADIAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCE. KILLED INSTANTLY BY A SHELL, ON 07/10/1916, AGED 21.
