HE MANAGED A CONFECTIONARY FACTORY, IN DONCASTER, LIVING AT 3 Cheswold Cottage Marsh Gate Doncaster, (1911 CENSUS).

HE ENLISTED IN DONCASTER. FORMERLY, PRIVATE, 37232, LEICESTER REGIMENT. TRANSFERRED TO THE 2ND LINCOLN REGIMENT. KILLED IN BELGIUM, ON 19/10/1917, AGED 35.
