Frank Kynman

BORN HULL 09/03/1899. SECOND SON OF FRANK KYNMAN (1871-1927) & MARY MARIA LANGTON (1867-1923),  OF 49 , MARMADUKE STREET, HULL. HE HAD TWO BROTHERS AND FIVE SISTERS. BEFORE ENLISTING, HE WAS APPRENTICED TO MR ELLIOT, TINNER, CONSTABLE STREET, HULL. HE WAS ALSO IN THE WEST HULL EXCELSIOR SILVER BAND. HE WAS THE GREAT GRANDSON, OF JOHN LANGTON, BOARD OF TRADE INSPECTOR, OF KILNSEA, NEAR SPURN.

HE ENLISTED IN HULL. SERVED WITH THE 9TH LOYAL NORTH LANCASHIRE REGIMENT. KILLED IN ACTION, ON 27/05/1918, AGED 19. UNMARRIED HIS ARMY EFFECTS WERE LEFT TO HIS FATHER, FRANK. HE IS COMMEMORATED ON THE SOISSONS MEMORIAL, FRANCE.

HIS DEATH WAS REPORTED IN THE HULL DAILY MAIL, ON 09/07/1919. *

HIS BROTHER, JOHN HENRY LIVED AT THE SAME ADDRESS.
