Born Hull, 1893. Son of James Moody and Minnie Maria Moody, of 8, Amy’s Terrace, Ferries Street, Hull (1911 Census) and 38, Buckingham Street, Hull (War Pension address). He was a labourer. He had two brothers and three sisters.
Served as Lance Corporal, Rifle Brigade. Posted to France, on 12/08/1915. Discharged on 3 Feb 1919. Died of Tuberculosis, on 28/05/1921, aged 28.
